Returns & Exchanges

At GolfN Pro Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't help your game, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All items must be in original, unused condition with tags attached and original packaging included.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all club headcovers, adjustment tools, or accessories are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
